ISABELLA H. (Bell) is a Friesian filly imported from the Netherlands. She has outstanding bloodlines, excellent confirmation and a trot that most Friesians aspire to but do not often attain. She is registered both with the Dutch FPS and FHANA. She has already been through the highly competitive keuring process in Holland where she received a 3rd premium. She came to us with an obvious lack of handling, which may have impacted on her initial evaluation. It is firmly believed that she stands an excellent chance of improving on her already commendable premium level at future evaluations. She has since been handled daily and has developed into an extremely sweet, loving and willing animal. She is a truly beautiful filly who will obviously develop a luxurious mane, tail and feathers. We had initially looked to buy an American bred Friesian filly to add to our sport horse program but could find neither the price nor quality that was acceptable. We then decided to import two fillies with the intent to sell one and keep the other for our breeding program.
